Bad Weather for Construction
There is nothing worse that having planned to go outside and getting to work and then realising that the weather is just not on your side. For garage building it doesn’t really matter if it is cold and dark but if the wind is blowing and the rain is falling you’re in for a tough job.
You can overcome rain and wind by getting into the right clothes but you could be risking your health and even life should you slip because it is wet or if the strong wind catches you. My suggestion to you is to wait until it is over.
